摘  要:目的探讨抗癌扶正方(KFP)的抗肝癌作用及机制。方法采用人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721,经过细胞培养、MTT法、流式细胞仪检测抗癌扶正方对肝癌细胞生长抑制率的影响及对Bcl-2基因表达的调控作用。结果抗癌扶正方具有良好的抑制肝癌细胞生长作用,尤其以1,10 mg/mL剂量组的效果最佳,作用程度与化疗药物类似。结论抗癌扶正方能够抑制人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721活性。其机理在于下调凋亡抑制基因Bcl-2的表达,促进细胞凋亡的产生。Objective To investigate the anticaneer effect and mechanism of Kangai Fuzheng Preseription(KFP) which is prescribed by experienced expert Zhou Zhongying. Methods Human hepatoma cells SMMZ-7721 were cultured to- gether with KFP extract. The effect of KFP on inhibiting the growth of SMMZ-7721 was evaluated by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT)assay, and the expression of Bcl-2 was detected by floweytometry. Results It was shown that KFP had an obvious effect on inhibiting the growth of human hepatoma SMMZ-7721 cells, and the effect of KFP at thedose of 1 or 10 mg/mL was the best, Bcl-2. Conclusion KFP can inhibit similar to that of chemotherapeutics. the activity of human hepatoma cells related to the down-regulation of apoptosis-inhibited gene expression and to the promotion of apoptosis .
