摘  要:目的观察白花蛇舌草对H22肝癌细胞移植瘤鼠瘤体T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法将中药处理后的H22肝癌细胞,采用HSP70单抗封闭技术分为白花蛇舌草和党参未封闭、封闭及RPMI-1640空白对照共5组;观察各组CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞表达情况。结果与空白对照组比较,白花蛇舌草未封闭组CD8+、封闭组CD4+表达明显上调;党参封闭组CD4+表达也明显上调;与白花蛇舌草封闭组比较,白花蛇舌草未封闭组CD8+T淋巴细胞表达明显上调。结论白花蛇舌草诱导恶性肿瘤瘤体HSP70的高表达,增强机体对肿瘤的免疫作用,其机理可能与提高瘤体CD4+、CD8+CTL表达有关。Objective To observe the effect of Herba Hedyotis Diffusae (HHD)on T-lymphocyte subsets in H22 mice liver cancer cell xenograft tumor. Methods By using HSP70 monoclonal antibody blocking technique, H22 hepatoma cells treated with HHD were divided into 5 groups: HDD blocking group, Radix Codonopsis (RC)bloeking group, HDD non-blocking group, RC non-blocking group and RPMI-1640 blank control group. Then we observed CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocyte expression in each group. Results Compared with the blank control group, CD8+ ex-pression in HDD non-blocking group and CD4+ expression in HDD blocking group were upregulated, so did the CD4+ expression in RC blocking group. Compared with HDD blocking group, the CD8+ expression in HDD nonblocking group was obviously upregulated. Conclusion HDD can induce high expression of HSP70 in malignant tumors, and enhance the immunity. Its mechanism may be through increasing the expression of tumor CD4+ and CD8+ eytotoxie T lymphoeyte(CTL).
