不同品种安息香红外光谱特征研究

摘　　要：目的:建立一种对安息香药材分析鉴别的方法。方法:对安息香药材进行红外光谱扫描,分析、比较所得谱图,研究其吸收峰峰位和峰强度的差异。结果:同品种安息香药材红外谱图差异较小,而不同品种药材红外谱图具有独特的吸收特征。结论:利用红外谱图分析可以直观、快速、准确的鉴别安息香药材。Objective：To establish a new identification and analysis method of Benzoein.Methods：Experiments were carried on Benzoin by FT-IR spectra.The sponding peaks of Benzoein were obtained by analyzing and comparing the spectra of Benzoein,then researched the defference among them.Results：The FT-IR spectra of the same variety Benzoein was little defference,but FT-IR spectra of different varieties of Benzoein had a unique absorption characteristics.Conclusions：FT-IR spectra can identify Benzoein intuitively,quickly and accurately.
