染料木素对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用(Ⅰ)

摘　　要：目的:研究染料木素对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:采用大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,在灌流液中加入不同剂量的染料木素。测定冠脉流量、心率。结果:染料木素能有效地增加冠脉流量;使心率减慢、左心室收缩压升高、左心室舒张压降低。结论:染料木素可通过扩张冠脉、减慢心率及增强心肌收缩力对心肌缺血再灌注损伤起保护作用。Objective：To explore the therapeutic effects of Genistein on isolated myocardial isehemia reperfusion injury. Methods：An isolated rat myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury was made, and the injury was treated with Genistein. The coronary blood flow levels, heart rate were measured. Results：The isolated myocardial isehemia reperfusion injury treated with Genistein showed elevations in coronary blood flow levels, reductions in heart rate. Conclusion： Genistein has a therapeutic effect on isolated myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury because it dilates the coronary artery, reduces the heart rate, and enhances the myocardial contractile force.
