摘　　要：目的：制备双氯芬酸钠－β－环糊精包合物分散片。方法：以交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为崩解及分散剂制备分散片并对其进行体外质量评价。结果：所制分散片具有快速崩解、分散及溶出度。结论：本品完全符合《英国药典》中有关分散片的质量标准，是一种值得开发的剂型。OBJECTIVE : To prepare the dispersible tablet of diclofenac sodium ( DFS)-β-cyclodextrin( β-CD) complex . METHODS:The dispersible tablet of DFSO-β-CD complex was prepared by using crospovidone as a disintegrant and dispersingagent and its disintegration time, uniformity of dispersion, dissolution rate were studied at the same time. RESULTS: Theabove dispersible tablet was characteristic of rapid disintegration , dispersion and dissolution. CONCLUSION : The preparationcompletely conformed to the quality standard for dispersible tablet stated in the latest edition of British Pharmacoetia (BP)and it would be a new dosage form of developmental worth.
