摘 要:介绍了用真空排水堆载联合预压法在某大型软黏土地基处理工程中的应用实践。根据工程要求,需将天然地基承载力特征值由35~50 kPa提高到150 kPa。先对地基土进行真空预压方式预处理,待地基土承载力特征值达到80 kPa后,再采用真空排水堆载联合预压方法进行处理,同样可以达到设计要求的承载力特征值和控制沉降量,且造价比采用真空预压+砂石桩及真空预压+搅拌桩等方案经济。The practice of the application of the vacuum stack combined preloading method in a large-scale soft clay foundation treatment project was introduced.According to the requirement of the project,it is needed to improve the bearing capacity of the nature subsoil from 35~50 kPa to 150 kPa.The subsoil was treated with vacuum preloading method first,and then,the vacuum stack combined preloading method was used when the bearing capacity of the foundation is up to 80 kPa.Not only the bearing capacity can be guaranteed and the settlement can be controlled to satisfy the design requirement by using this kind of method to treat the foundation,but also the cost is cheaper than the vacuum preloading+gravel pile method and the vacuum preloading+mixing pile method.
