摘　　要：通过罗克韦尔ControlLogix系统在热媒炉中的应用,分析了该系统的特点和软硬件的设计思想。针对该装置典型回路的控制方案,介绍了软件(组态设计方案及实施效果。该系统的应用确保了热媒炉的安全、平稳、优化运行,给企业带来可观的经济和技术效益。Based on the application of Rockwell＇s ControlLogix System in HTM heater, the feature of the system and the design concept for hardware and software are analyzed. In accordance with the typical control scheme of the loops, the design strategy of software configuration and implementation effects are introduced. The application of the system ensures safe, stable, and optimal operation of HTM heater and brings economic and technical effectiveness to the enterprise.
