摘　　要：针对传统的枪弹合膛模生产效率低,合格率低等问题,采用基于MasterCAM的CAD/CAM/DNC一体化技术的应用过程和方法,提出了该技术的需求配置及工作流程。以某型号枪弹的合膛模为例,应用MasterCAM软件进行模具三维实体造型、工艺参数设置、模拟仿真加工并自动生成NC程序,之后使用DNC通信技术将程序在线输入至数控机床进行加工。Aiming at the low manufacturing efficiency and low acceptability of traditional joint chamber die, adopt application process and method of CAD/CAM/DNC integrated technology based on MasterCAM, put forward the requirement configuration and working process of this technology. Taking joint chamber die as example, use MasterCAM software to carry out the model 3D entity modeling, technical parameter setting, simulation processing and automatic generating NC program. Then, use the DNC communication technology to input the procedure on line into NC tool for process.
