摘　　要：针对目前国内针刺雷管装填针刺药存在的不足,对国内自行研制的自动化勺形装药设备进行研究。介绍摩擦感度极高的针刺药的自动化装药方式,分析装药的关键技术,并根据针刺药特性指提出相应的解决措施。结果表明,该技术能保证高敏感型火工品的自动化生产的顺利实现,大幅度减少操作人员,提高生产的安全性和生产质量及生产效率。Aiming at the existent shortage of loading stab-powder for stab detonator at the present time interiorly, researches on automatic spoon-like powder-loading device, designed independently is made. The working of automatic loading for stab detonator with high sensitivity is introduced, and the pivotal technology about powder loading is analyzed. Corresponding measures are taken based on stab-power＇s characteristic. The result shows that the technology can ensure the implement of automatic manufacture of this kind of sensitive powder, which reduces the operator scale, improves the security, quality and the efficiency of production.
