摘　　要：为了实现检疫性有害生物疫情监测信息的可视化、信息化和网络化,本研究利用ArcGIS软件和.NET技术等设计开发了检疫性有害生物疫情监测信息系统。本系统提供了疫情信息的地图浏览功能,监测时间、地理区域和有害生物种类的组合显示功能,疫情发生的统计分析功能以及新建监测点的选址分析功能。本研究可为疫情预防控制提供信息支持,并为检疫性有害生物疫情管理部门的科学决策和合理选择提供技术支持。For the purpose of achieving visualization,informatization and networking of monitoring information about quarantine pest,this paper designed the monitoring information system for epidemic situation of quarantine pest,which was using ArcGIS software and.NET technique,and so on. There were some functions in the system,such as map view of epidemic situation,combined visualizing for time,areas,and species of monitoring information,statistical analysis of epidemic situation,and the function of addressing for new-built of monitoring points. This study will be significant for control of quarantine pest,and for forming scientific quarantine policy and reasonable selection made by administrative authority of quarantine pest.
