保列治治疗良性前列腺增生疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究药物治疗良性前列腺增生症的合理方案。方法对90例前列腺增生症患者分为试验组和对照组,试验组30例给予5α-还原酶抑制剂(保列治);对照Ⅰ组30例,给予α1A受体阻滞剂(哈乐);对照Ⅱ组30例,给予保列治+哈乐。对比分析试验组与对照组患者用药3个月、6个月及1年后症状评分、最大尿流率、前列腺体积变化情况。结果治疗3月后,2个对照组在症状评分、最大尿流率方面优于试验组(P<0.05)。6月后,试验组与2个对照组在症状评分、最大尿流率方面无统计学差异(P>0.05);试验组在前列腺体积缩小方面优于对照Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。1年后,试验组与对照Ⅰ组在以上观察项目组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),与对照Ⅱ组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论药物治疗良性前列腺增生,6月内可联合应用保列治与哈乐,6月后可单独应用保列治。Objective To research on the reasonable program of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）treated with medicine. Methods 9o patients with BPH were divided into 3 groups. 30 patients in the experimental group were treated with 5α-reductases inhibition （Finasteride）. 30 Patients in the first control group were treated with α-adrenoceptor blocking drugs （Harnal）.30 Patients in the second control group were treated with Finasteride and Harnal. The grades of symptom, the maximal urinary flow rate and the changes of prostate volume were analyzed respectively after 3 months, 6 months and 1 year of treatment. Results The grades of symptom and the maximal urinary flow rate of the two control groups were better than those of the experimental group after 3 months＇treatment （P〈0.05）. There were no significant difference in the grades of symptom and the maximal urinary flow rate between the two control groups and the experimental group after 6 months＇ treatment（P〉0.05）, while the reduction in prostate volume of the experimental group were greater than those of the first control group（P〈0.05）. There were significant differences in the grades of symptom, the maximal urinary flow rate and the prostate volume between the experimental group and the first control group（ P〈0.05）, but no significant differences between the experimental group and the second control group （P 〉 0.05） after 1 year of treatment. Conclusion Benign prostatic hyperplasia can be treated with Finasteride and Harnal for 6 months and then with Finasteride alone.
