咽炎丸治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察中药自制制剂咽炎丸治疗慢性咽炎的疗效。方法:慢性咽炎840例病人分为试验组和对照组。试验组620例服用咽炎丸,60g/d,bid,7d为1个疗程。对照组220例含服复方草珊瑚含片,每2～3h1片,7d为1疗程。两组病人最长治疗8个疗程,随访2年。结果:试验组有效率为94.3%,对照组有效率为70.0%。结论:咽炎丸对慢性咽炎的疗效确切。Objective：To observe the efficacy of the pharyngitis pill in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods：Eight hundred and forty patients with chronic pharyngitis were divided into 2 groups：test group included 620 patients and control group 220 patients.The patients in test group took pharyngitis pill twice a day,60 g/d,and 7 d constituted a course of treatment.The patients in control group were treated with compound Caoshanhu buccal tablets.They took a tablet per 2-3 h,and 7 d constituted a course of treatment.All patients in two groups received 8 courses of treatment and a two-year follow up.Results：The efficacy of the test group was 94.3%,and the control group was 70.0%.Conclusion：Pharyngitis pill is effective in treatment of chronic pharyngitis.
