摘 要:用静态挂片法、静态阻垢法、正交法结合塔菲尔极化曲线法研究了聚天冬氨酸(PASP)和钨酸钠(Na2WO4)等绿色水处理剂在高浓缩倍率循环水条件下对HSn701的缓蚀阻垢性能。研究结果表明,在高浓缩倍率循环水条件下,用锌盐做添加剂(2mg/L),当缓蚀剂总质量浓度为80mg/L时,PASP和Na2WO4复配对HSn701具有良好的缓蚀阻垢效果,其最佳复合配方是:40mg/L PASP+40mg/L Na2WO4。两者复配对HSn701的缓蚀具有明显的协同效应。复配方属于抑制阴极为主的混合型缓蚀阻垢剂。Through scale static method, static hanging method, orthogonal method, and polarization curves, inhibiting and scaling properties of green water treatment agents for HSnT01, such as polyas-partic acid and odium tungstate, have been studied in high-concentration cooling water system. The results indicate that PASP and Na2WQ complex for HSn701 have corrosion inhibition in high concentration ratio of circulating water when the total concentration of inhibitor is 80mg/L and Zinc salts acts as additives (2mg/L). The optimum composite formula is 40mg/L PASP and 40mg/L Na2WQ. Both complexes for HSn701 significant synergistic inhibition have the same effects. Complex belongs to the negative mix-controlled corrosion and scale inhibitors.
