摘  要:以Fe3+为络合剂,磺基水杨酸为显色剂建立了分光光度法测定氟离子。采用试剂空白作参比,在500nm处测体系吸光度,考察了显色剂用量、显色稳定时间和pH对测定结果的影响。工作曲线线性范围为0.4~4μg/mL。对2μg/mL氟离子溶液进行8次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为0.38%。该法能较好地适用水中氟离子的测定。A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of F^- was studied. The absorbanee of the system was recorded at 500 nm against a second system with a blank solution of reagent. The influence of developer dosage, stable time and pH was studied. The absorbency was linear to the mass concentration of F- in the range of 0. 4 -4 p,g/mL. The relative standard deviation is 0. 37% for 2μg/mL F- ( n = 8 ). The method has been used to the determination of F- in water with satisfactory results. Key words: fluorine ion, iron ion, spectrophotometry, sulfosalicylie acid
