摘　　要：民办高校毕业生在就业时出现自卑、焦虑、从众、依赖、虚荣、逃避等不良心理现象,此类现象的形成既有社会和家庭层面的因素,也有高校和个人层面的因素,因此有必要加强对民办高校毕业生就业心理及其形成原因的研究与分析,从而引导学生以积极的心态面对就业,帮助学生实现成功就业。Private college graduates,when job seeking,have such psychological problems as inferiority,anxiety,conformity,dependence,vanity,escapism and so on,for which there are several factors,not only in the case of social and family level,but also universities and individual level.Therefore there is every need to strengthen the analysis on employment psychology and its cause of private college graduates,so as to guide students to face employment with a positive attitude and help students achieve successful employment.
