摘　　要：为了解山东省心理健康服务机构及人员现状,该研究采用随机抽样的方法,用自编问卷调查了山东省35个心理健康服务机构的61名心理健康服务人员,对调查数据采用SPSS15.0软件包进行频率统计和单样本t检验。通过调查,对山东省心理健康服务机构的分布情况、人员配备情况、场所及仪器配置情况、心理健康服务人员的专兼职情况、人员接受培训及有无专业证书情况、心理健康服务机构的服务项目及主要治疗方法、接待来访者的数量和人群以及问题类型、专业规范情况以及心理健康服务收费情况等有了较为具体的掌握。为了使心理健康服务在构建和谐社会进程中发挥更大的作用,还需要得到相关部门更多的重视与支持,需要心理健康服务从业人员付出更多的努力。To find out the current situation of psychological health service institutes and their staff in Shandong province,a research was made,with the methodology of random sample,into 35 institutes and 61 persons in Shandong by way of self-made questionnaires.The survey data were analyzed according to frequency statistics and one sample T test by using SPSS15.0 software package.Detailed information was gained on the following aspects,the distribution of psychological health service institutes in Shandong;the staff levels;the sites and equipments;full-time and part-time personnel;training of personnel and their professional certificates;the service items and main therapeutic methods;quantity of visitors and types of problems;professional regulations and service tariff.More attention and support are needed from relevant departments and more efforts are needed from the psychological health service staff in order to make psychological health service play a more important role in constructing harmonious society.
