摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下Burch手术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效性和安全性。方法对14例行腹腔镜下Burch手术的压力性尿失禁患者进行回顾性分析。结果腹腔镜下Burch手术时间为(96.6±36.4)min,术中出血量为(45.3±18.2)ml,术中膀胱损伤2例。随诊2～24个月,治愈率85%(12/14),有效率100%(14/14)。结论腹腔镜下Burch手术是有效治疗女性压力性尿失禁的手术方法,创伤小,术后恢复快。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Burch laparoscopy for the treatment of female stress incontinence. Methods Clinical data of fourteen cases of female stress incontinence treated with Burch laparoscopy were retrospectively reviewed. Results Mean operation time on Burch laparoseopy was（96. 6 ±36.4 ）rain; mean blood loss was（45.3 ± 18. 2） ml; and two cases of bladder injury occurred during the operation. The procedure was effective in 100% of patients, and 85 % （12/14） of the patients completely recovered. Conclusion Bureh laparoseopy was effective in treating female stress incontinence, with little trauma and quick recovery.
