摘 要:目的:对比分析椎动脉血流速度减慢患者经颅多普勒(TCD)与彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)检测结果,探讨其有无差异。方法:应用TCD和CDFI分别检测82例椎动脉血流速度减慢患者的椎动脉血流动力学指标及二维结构。结果:TCD与CDFI所测椎动脉血流速度和阻力指数(RI)值比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:TCD与CDFI联合检测椎动脉血流速度减慢患者,可证实椎动脉血液循环障碍的客观存在及病变部位所在,揭示了椎动脉血流速度减慢的病理基础。Objective:To comparatively analyze the results obtained via Transcranial color doppler(TCD) and color Doppler ultrasound(CDU) in patients with slow vertebral blood flow to explore whether there exited differences between the two approaches.Methods:TCD and CDU were used to detect the vertebral artery blood flow velocity index and two-dimensional structure in 82 patients with slow vertebral blood flow,respectively.Results:There were no significant differences in vertebral artery blood flow velocity and resistance index(RI) values by TCD and CDU(P0.05).Conclusion:TCD and CDU joint detection in patients with slow vertebral blood flow may confirm an objective existence and lesions responsible for the vertebral artery blood circulation disorder and reveal the pathological basis of this disease.
