超声心动图评价早期ACM大鼠心脏结构和功能的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声心动图评价早期ACM大鼠心脏结构和功能的可行性及准确性。方法:雄性大鼠22只,随机分为正常对照组10只,模型组12只。模型组进行酒精灌胃及酒精随意饮用。正常组相同时间、相同剂量生理盐水灌胃。4个月后对模型组及正常组行心脏超声检测。超声心动图检查后猝死大鼠,取心脏组织进行病理检测。超声结果与病理结果相对照。结果:实验结束正常组大鼠全部存活,模型组大鼠死亡2只。模型组大鼠病理符合早期酒精性心肌病改变。超声测值提示IVSDd、LVPWDd、LVEDd较正常对照组增大(P<0.05),EF、FS与正常对照组比较无明显差异,Em减低、Em/Am<1,与正常对照组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与人类酒精性心肌病改变相符。结论:超声检测结果与病理结果相一致,超声心动图可以准确评价早期ACM大鼠心脏结构的改变,TDI可以准确评价早期ACM大鼠心脏舒张功能。Objective：To explore the feasibility and accuracy of echocardiography in evaluating heart structure and function in early alcoholic cardiomyopathy rat model.Methods：10 as control group and 12 male rats as alcoholic cardiomyopathy（ACM） group were enrolled in this study.The changes of left ventricular structure and function in early ACM were analyzed using M-mode,color Doppler and pulsed Doppler imaging after 4 months when ACM model was establish.Then the rat hearts were stained by HE staining,and examined by microscopy.Contrasted the result of echocardiogram and pathological testing between two groups.Results：The histopathology result of ACM group conformed to the histopathological changes of early alcoholic cardiomyopathy.Conpared with the control group,IVSDd,LVPWDd and LVEDd increased,Em decreased and Em/Am1 in ACM rats（P0.05）.The rusult coincided with the changes of alcoholic cardiomyopathy in human.Conclusion：Echocardiography can accurately reflect the changes of left ventricular structure and TDI can evaluate left ventricular diastolic function accurately in early alcoholic cardiomyopathy.
