摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的到来,创业成为一个全球性的话题日益受到重视。高校作为培植创业精神与创业动力的重要场所,在全球创业浪潮中占据十分重要的地位。美国麻省理工学院MIT创业模式一直是各国大学创业活动的典范,作为MIT创业活动的主导者和推动者——创业中心,通过"教育与研究、联盟、社区、激励系统"的动力相互强化整合,以及MIT浓厚的创业文化的强大动力支撑,推动MIT创业教育和创业活动的不断发展。目前我国高校创业教育还处在转型起步阶段,存在机制缺陷、体系不完善、理念亟需更新等突出问题,必须在构建良好的创业环境,加强高校的创业理念教育,提升高校的创业能力等方面寻求突破口。With the approaching of knowledge economy, entrepreneurship has become a global issue and gained growing attention worldwide. Universities are the important places of fostering entrepreneureship and entrepreneurial drive and thus occupy an irreplaceable position in this global entrepreneurial wave. The entrepreneurial model of Massacnusetts Institute of Technology（MIT） has always been a model to guide their entrepreneurial activities for the universities around the world. Entrepreneurial Center of MIT has served as the leader and facilitator of the entrepre- neurial activities under the dynamic mutual - integration of ＂education and research, alliances, communities, incen- tive system, ＂. Moreover, MIT~ entrepreneurial culture has provided a strong driving force in promoting the MIT En- trepreneurship education and securing the continuous deveolpment of entrepreneurial activity. Presently, Entrepreneur- ship education in Chinese universities is still at an initial and transitional stage with defects of mechanism, imperfect system,stereotypical philosophy and other prominent problems. Therefore, it is necessary to seek a breakthrough in building a good environment for entrepreneurial activities on campus, strengthening the concepts of entrepreneurship in universities and promoting entrepreneurial competence of the colleges and universities.
