摘 要:为了研究东洞庭湖底泥的释磷规律,考察了pH值、温度、溶解氧、扰动等环境因子对湖泊底泥中磷释放的影响.研究结果表明,水体pH值在7左右时,上覆水体中磷浓度最小,降低或升高pH值都能使磷浓度增加;环境温度越高,上覆水体中磷浓度也越高,但变化趋势不明显;在相同条件下,厌氧环境时上覆水体中磷浓度是好氧时的5.56倍;而扰动对磷释放的影响仅是有限的短期效应.各影响因素中以溶解氧对底泥释磷影响最为显著.In order to study the laws of phosphorus release from sediment of East Dongting Lake,the effects of environmental factors on phosphorus releasing,including pH,temperature,dissolvable oxygen and disturbance,were analyzed.The results show that the intensity of phosphorus release from sediment is lowest when pH of the overlying water is neutral,reducing or increasing pH value will increase the phosphorus concentration.The higher the ambient temperature,the higher the phosphorus concentration of overlying water,but the trend is not very obvious.Under same conditions,the phosphorus concentrations in overlying water in anaerobic environment is as 5.56 times as it is in aerobic environment.And the effects of disturbance on phosphorus releasing is only a limited short-term effect.The impact of dissolved oxygen is the most significant in all factors.
