摘 要:针对系统电压稳定课题,提出了一种在线电压稳定监测指标。该指标采用精确的线路模型,考虑了线路分布电容的充电作用,不受无功功率流向不确定性的影响。该指标算法形式非常简单,便于微机实现。通过IEEE标准算例进行验证,结果分析表明它比其它指标有更好的指示效果。将该指标结合PMU的实时同步数据,可以实现广域测量系统在线电压稳定监测,为电压稳定控制提供更加准确的信息。In view of the system voltage stability problem, an on-line monitoring index of system voltage stability is proposed. The index is worked out based on precise power line model, taking into account the electricity charging effect of the line distributing capacitance, independent of the uncertainty of reactive power flow. The calculation of this index is simple, suitable for the use of micro computer. Through the calculation with IEEE standard example shows that this index has better indicating effects than other indices. Combining with the real-time system data via PMU, on-line monitoring of the system voltage stability with WAMS can be succeeded and more accurate information will be obtained for system voltage control.
