我院儿科住院患儿静脉用药情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析该院儿科住院患者静脉用药情况,探讨其合理用药情况。方法随机抽查统计该院儿科住院患儿静脉滴注91096组(每瓶输液为1组),分析其使用合理性。结果不合理组519组占0.57%。其中以药物剂量、频率相关的不合理组最常见,为394组占75.92%,重复用药103组占19.85%,而体外配伍禁忌和药物相互作用的不合理组分别为21组(4.05%)和1组(0.19%)。结论该院儿科住院静脉用药的情况基本合理,但亦存在亟少不合理用药的现象,应加强对静脉滴注药物合理使用的监督管理,减少药品不良反应的发生。Objective By analyzing the drug situation of pediatrician patients,to discuss the rationality of using medicine by intravenous.Methods Random checking of the statistical entered the hospital for the drop of the children′s doctor′s advice 91 096 group（each bottle to a drip of group 1）,analysed its rationality.Results Unreasonable order had 519 group（0.57%）.By the relevant amounts and frequency of 394 group（75.92%）of order,repeating the 103 group（19.85%）and infection with forbidden to interact with the service of a doctor for the groups respectively 21 group（4.05%）and 1 group（0.19%）.Conclusion The situation of using medicine by intravenous of pediatrician patient in our hospital was basic rational,but there still was no use drugs rationally.It should be strengthened to the drop of the drugs rationally using the supervision and management and medical accidents of dermatology.
