摘　　要：目的建立丹芪通络胶囊的质量控制标准。方法用显微鉴别三七、天麻、红花和薄层鉴别(TLC)丹参、冰片和按《中国药典》2005年版制剂通则的颗粒剂项下的检查。结果 TLC法专属性强,粒度、水分、装量微生物限度等符合标准,重复性实验较好。结论 TLC定性定量方法简便、准确,重现性较好,可作为丹芪通络胶囊的质量控制标准。Objective To establish the quality control standards of Danqitongluo capsules.Methods Pseudo-ginseng,gastrodia elata and safflower carthamus were identificate by microscopic identification,and TLC（TLC）methods that can identify the salvia miltiorrhiza,borneol and according to ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂ General Principles of the 2005 edition of the granule preparation under examination.Results TLC method was specific,particle size,moisture content,loading limit the amount of micro-organisms such as standard,good repeatability test.Conclusion TLC method are simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used Danqitongluo capsule quality control standards.
