摘　　要：目的探讨股骨粗隆间骨折应用DHS治疗方法的临床效果。方法回顾性研究笔者所在医院自2007年1月～2009年6月行DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折36例的临床资料。结果 36例中35例得到3个月～2.5年随访,切口甲级愈合,术后未发现内固定失效,骨折愈合良好,术后优良率86.1%。结论股骨粗隆间骨折积极采用手术干预,选用DHS治疗,手术操作简单,复位准确,固定可靠,允许早期负重,并发症少,患肢功能恢复良好;积极ORIF+DHS是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想切实可行的方法。Objective To investigate the application of DHS intertrochanteric fracture treatment, clinical effects. Methods A retrospective study of our hospital from January 2007 to June 2009 line of DHS fixation of intertrochanteric fracture of 36 cases. Results 35 cases received 3 months to 2.5 years of follow - up, Class incision healing was found after failed internal fixation, fracture healing well after an excellent rate of 86.11%. Conclusion Intertrochanteric fractures active use of surgical intervention, selected DHS treatment, with a simple surgical operation, reset accurate, reliable fixation, allowing early weight -bearing,less eomplieations Functional recovery of limb well;actively ORIF ＋ DHS is the treatment of intertrechanteric fractures of the ideal, practical approach.
