摘　　要：目的探讨微创经皮钢板内固定术治疗胫骨多段骨折的可能性。方法通过对2006年10月～2009年5月对37例多段胫骨或胫腓骨骨折患者行经皮钢板锁定钢板内固定治疗并进行随访。结果所有患者均骨性愈合,无感染及骨不连情况发生。结论微创经皮钢板内固定术具有创伤小、出血少、骨折易愈合、瘢痕小等优点,用于治疗胫骨多段闭合骨折和GustiloⅠ、Ⅱ型开放骨折是可行的。Objective To explore one method of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Plate Osteosynthesis（MIPPO） in treatment of multiple segmental fracture of tibia. Methods From October 2006 to May 2009,37eases of muhiple segmental fracture of tibia were treated with MIPPO, Each case was followed up for the average of 14.41 ± 3.18 months（ ranging from7 to 23 months）. Results All fractures healed in 6 -9 months. No infection and malunion or nounion occurred in all cased. The function of knee and ankle joint were normal. Conclusion MIPPIO in treatment of multiple segmental fracture of tibia with locking plate has the advantages of trauma minimally, bleeding less, healing rapidly, and small seal. It is feasible and effective to treat multiple segmental closed fracture case and open fractures of Gustilo type I or type II of tibia with MIPPO and LP techniques.
