碘伏湿敷治疗早期甲沟炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察碘伏湿敷治疗早期甲沟炎的疗效、安全性及耐受性。方法 105例患者随机分为治疗组53例和对照组52例,分别采用碘伏及莫匹罗星软膏持续昼敷,共2 d。结果治疗组及对照组治愈率分别为98.11%、28.85%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论碘伏湿敷治疗早期甲沟炎疗程短、安全及耐受性好,且依从性高。Objective To observe the efficacy, safety and tolerance of iodophor on the treatment of early paronychia. Methods 105 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and culture group. Topically and coutinuously,iodophor and mupirocin were used on day, during the 2 - day treatment, in the treatment and culture groups, respectively. Results Thetotal efficacy rate of treatment group and culture group was 98.11% ,28.85 % （ P 〈 0.01 ）, respectively. Statistical difference was reached. Conclusion lodophor is another choice for early paronychia for its short duration, safety, tolerance and compliance.
