摘　　要：目的 观察门诊手术室护理安全管理的效果.方法 对笔者所在医院门诊2009年1月～2009年6月就诊的378例门诊手术患者心理状态及护理进行回顾性分析.结果 378例患者均顺利完成门诊手术治疗,无医疗护理差错发生.通过对不同患者心理状态进行分析,加强语言沟通、微笑服务、不断改进等建立起良好的护患关系.结论 通过了解心理状态,使护理工作有秩序高效率地运转 有针对性地进行心理干预,使患者情绪稳定,主动配合手术,保证了手术室护理工作的安全.Objective Observation of out - patient operating room nursing safety management resuhs. Methods On our hospital in January 2009 - June ：2009 attendance of 378 cases of outpatient surgery and psychological care of patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results 378 cases of ambulatory surgery patients were successfully treated without medical care errors occur. Through analysis of different mental state of patients, to enhance language, smiling service, continuous improvement and so establish a good relationship between nurses and patients. Conclusion By understanding the mental state, so that nursing orderly functioning efficiently, targeted psychological intervention to patients with emotional stability, active with the surgery to ensure the safety of operating room nursing.
