摘　　要：以太原市为例进行调查,在对城中村进行分类的基础上,指出适合将廉租房建设和城中村改造结合建设的城中村类型,并提出了具体模式建议和相应的策略,以期实现高效率的资源配置,维护村民的长久利益。Taking Taiyuan as the investigation object,the paper points out that it is suitable to have the combined city village type,based on the classification of the city villages,and points out some factual model suggestions and respective strategies,so as to realize the efficient resource allocation and maintain the long-time benefits of villagers.
