国内外不同卷烟中水溶性糖·总氮·总植物碱含量的差异分析

摘　　要：[目的]探索国内外卷烟中水溶性总糖、还原糖、总氮、总植物碱含量的差异。[方法]采用连续流动法测定了国内外112个卷烟样品中水溶性总糖、还原糖、总氮、总植物碱含量,并对检测结果进行差异性研究。[结果]国内卷烟中的水溶性总糖、还原糖、总植物碱含量显著高于国外卷烟,而总氮含量明显低于国外卷烟。水溶性总糖、还原糖含量在国内烤烟型卷烟中最高,国外混合型最低,不同类型卷烟中的大小顺序为:国内烤烟型>国内混合型>国外烤烟型>国外混合型卷烟;国内烤烟型卷烟中总氮、水溶性总糖、还原糖含量最低;国内烤烟型和混合型卷烟总植物碱含量均显著高于国外烤烟型和混合型卷烟,但国内烤烟型和混合型之间以及国外烤烟型和混合型之间均无显著性差异。国内烤烟型中的1类烟水溶性总糖、还原糖含量最高,总氮含量最低;在不同价位卷烟中水溶性总糖、还原糖含量的大小顺序为:1类>2类>3类>4类。[结论]为研究国内外不同卷烟特点和烟叶原料在工业中的合理使用提供参考。[Objective]The aim was to research the difference of soluble sugars,total nitrogen and total alkaloids contents in domestic and imported cigarette brands.[Method]The soluble sugars,total nitrogen and total alkaloids of 112 domestic and foreign cigarette samples were determined by continuous flow method,and the difference of soluble sugars,total nitrogen and total alkaloids contents were analyzed.[Result]The results showed that the average contents of total soluble sugar,reducing sugar and total alkaloids in domestic cigarettes were significantly higher than those of foreign cigarettes while the average contents of total nitrogen in domestic cigarettes was significantly lower than that of foreign cigarettes.The average contents of total soluble sugar and reducing sugar in domestic flue-cured cigarettes were the highest,and those of in foreign blended cigarettes were the lowest;The order of the average contents of total soluble sugar and reducing sugar in difference type cigarettes was as follows：domestic flue-cureddomestic blendedforeign flue-curedforeign blended.The average contents of total nitrogen in domestic flue-cured cigarettes were the lowest.The average contents of total alkaloids in domestic flue-cured and blended cigarettes were significantly higher than those of foreign flue-cured and blended cigarettes,however,there were no significant differences between domestic flue-cured and domestic blended,or foreign flue-cured and foreign blended.The average contents of total soluble sugar and reducing sugar in grade one of domestic flue-cured cigarettes were the highest,and the average contents of total nitrogen was the lowest.The order of the average contents of total soluble sugar and reducing sugar in different grades cigarettes as follows：grade 1grade 2grade 3grade 4.[Conlusion]The study provided a reasonable reference for studying the characteristics of different domestic and imported cigarette brands and rational use of tobacco raw materials in the industry.
