摘 要:[目的]筛选适用于肿节风(Sarcandra glabra)粗黄酮类物质纯化的大孔吸附树脂。[方法]比较12种大孔吸附树脂对肿节风总黄酮的静态吸附率和解吸率,用不同梯度浓度的乙醇洗脱HPD-600大孔吸附树脂,并计算总黄酮回收率和纯度。[结果]HPD-600大孔吸附树脂的回收率为86.56%,纯度可达68.7%。[结论]HPD-600树脂综合性能良好,适用于肿节风粗黄酮类物质的分离纯化。[Objective]To search for the method used in enriching total flavones in Sarcandra glabra by macroporous adsorption resin,12 types of macroporous adsorption resin were optimized.[Methods]The static absorption ratios and elution ratios of total flavones in Sarcandra glabra by different types of macroporous adsorption resin were compared,the product puriy and yield of total flavones by the HPD-600 resin were calculated with different concentrations of ethanol.[Results]The recovery rate and purity of flavones by HPD-600 resin were 86.56% and 68.7%.[Conclusion]The HPD-600 type macroporous adsorption resin shows better comprehensive adsorption property,it is available for the enrichment of total flavones in Sarcandra glabra.
