摘　　要：肠致病性大肠杆菌感染是重要的猪肠道传染病,能引起肠上皮细胞特征性的A/E损伤,给养猪业造成了严重的经济损失。笔者简要概述了近几年来国内外对猪大肠杆菌病病原学及其防治等方面的研究进展,并对当前存在的问题进行了讨论。Abtract EnteropathogenicE.coli（EPEC）is an important pathogen,which mainly cause intestine diseases in piglets.One of the important viru-lence traits of EPEC is the capacity to produce attaching and effacing（A/E） lesions on enterocyte,resulting in serious economic loss to swine in-dustry.In the present study,the etiology,prevention and control of EPEC were reviewed,additionally,the problems existed in control and preven-tion of Colibacillosis of piglets were discussed.
