摘 要:[目的]建立一种快速、准确和特异性强的奶牛隐性乳房炎检测方法。[方法]采用多重PCR从基因水平上对70份临床疑似奶牛隐性乳房炎感染样本进行检测。[结果]多重PCR方法检测隐性乳房炎阳性样品数为58份,阳性检出率为82.5%;传统生化方法检测阳性样品数为53份,阳性检出率为75.5%,两者的阳性符合率为92%。[结论]成功地建立了一种快速、特异性强的奶牛隐性乳房炎多重PCR检测方法。[Objective]To establish a rapid,specific and accurate diagnostic method for subclinical mastitis in dairy cow.[Method] A total of 70 samples of suspected clinical mastitis cows were detected on gene level by multiple PCR.[Result]A total of 58 samples were reported to be positive with the established multiple PCR method and the positive rate was up to 82.5%.While 53 samples were reported to be positive by the traditional method and the positive rate was up to 75.5%.That identity of the positive rate between traditional method and multiple PCR was 92%.[Conclusion]The multiple PCR method established is rapid and specific for the detection of pathogenic subclinical mastitis in dairy cow.
