摘 要:[目的]研究农药中间体-氯乙酸生产中废盐酸的回收方法。[方法]首先,配制K2SO4标准溶液,测其不同浓度下的吸光度值并绘制标准曲线;然后,测定废HCl溶液中初始SO42+的浓度;最后,采用BaCl为沉淀剂去除SO42+,测定其处理后溶液的SO42+浓度。[结果]用BaCl作为沉淀剂可将废HCl中绝大部分的SO42+沉淀出来,提纯后盐酸中SO42+含量为24.8μg/ml。[结论]用BaCl提纯废HCl的工艺简单、可靠,值得推广。[Objective] To explore the method for recycling of waste hydrochloric acid from chloroacetic acid production.[Method] Firstly,the preparation of K2SO4 standard solution was performed,and the standard curve was drawn after measuring the absorbance of different concentration solution;secondly,the initial concentration of SO42+ was determined in the waste HCl solution;Finally,the SO42+ concentration was determined after precipitating with BaCl.[Result] The results showed that the vast majority of SO42+ was precipitated from waste HCl solution using BaCl as precipitating agent.After purified,the SO42+ concentration was 24.8 μg/ml less than 50 μg/ml.[Conclusion] The precess is simple,reliable,and worthy of promotion for purification of waste HCl.
