摘  要:[目的]探讨超声-微波协同萃取法提取桑叶中总黄酮的工艺,以期优化超声-微波协同萃取法提取桑叶中总黄酮的最佳条件。[方法]通过单因素试验确定影响总黄酮提取的主要因素及最佳水平范围后,再通过正交试验确定影响总黄酮提取的主要因素的最佳水平。[结果]总黄酮提取的最佳条件为:超声-微波提取功率为400 W,提取液为体积分数为65%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1∶10(W/V),提取时间为12 min,在此条件下桑叶总黄酮的提取率可达3.07%。[结论]该试验筛选出了超声-微波协同萃取法提取桑叶中总黄酮的最佳条件,该法具有工艺简单、快速、高效、环保等特点。[Objective] The aim was to optimize the optimum condition of ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction of total flavonoids from Morus alba L.leaves by exploring the process of the method.[Method]The single factor analysis were designed to confirm the main factors,then the orthogonal test was used to confirm the optimized conditions.[Result]The results showed that the optimum condition were as following:the extracting power of 400 W,material-liquid ratio of 1∶10(W/V),extraction time of 12 min,ethanol concentration of 65%,with which the extraction efficiency of total flavonoids is 3.07%.[Conclusion] The optimum condition of ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction of total flavonoids from Morus alba L.was established in the experiment,which is simple,quick,efficient and free of pollution.
