肘窝与腋窝不同部位测温的临床研究

摘　　要：随机抽取住院病人１５５例，采用普通玻璃体温计，在２５～３５℃的室温下，同时测量病人的肘窝温度与腋窝温度，进行对比分析，探讨肘窝部测温的科学性与可行性。结果表明，发热与非发热两组病人，肘窝温度与腋窝温度均无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。由于肘窝暴露充分，不易造成体温计放置偏移，且在夏季时，局部汗液散发快，测温时不需擦汗。因此，我们认为在炎热季节肘窝测温较腋窝测温简便、准确，是临床上行之有效的测温部位。s\ To serch for scientific and easy way of taking temperature,we took temperature from elbow and axillas with normal glass thermometer in 155 in_patient at random.It shows no statistic significance difference (P>0.05) that the result of taking temperature from elbow and axillas in fever patients and normal temperature patients.In summer,elbow expose throughly and vaporize sweat quickly,it is easy to place thermometer accurately.So we get the conclusion that taking temperature from elbow is easier and more accurate than axillas elbow is useful place of taking temperature in clinical.
