摘　　要：揭示了重庆农村土地交易所地票的产生机理,阐明了地票交易模式的主要特征,探讨了地票落地的用途管制、空间管制的特殊性,最后有针对性地提出了促进农村集体建设用地流转和规范重庆农村土地交易所地票交易的建议。The origination mechanism of the land tickets on the Chongqing Rural Land Exchange waillustrated the main features of the trading mode of the land tickets on the Chongqing Rural Land Exchange;discussed the particular characteristics of the usage and implementation of the land tickets in terms of the purpose and location management and control;and provided suggestions on how to promote circulation of rural collective construction land and regulate the land ticket trading on the Chongqing Rural Land Exchange.
