摘  要:研究了6-NO2-BTAMB与钴显色反应。实验表明,在pH6.2—7.4(CH2)6N4-HCl体系中,钴与试剂定量地形成稳定的蓝绿色络合物,表观摩尔吸光系数ε650=1.18×105L·mol-1.cm-1;钴浓度在0—6μg/10mL范围内符合比耳定律。用于VB12和钴分子筛中微量钴的测定,结果令人满意。The supermolecule interaction in 6-NO2-BTAMB-cobalt colour reaction system was studied.In (CH2)6N4-HCl buffer solution,6-NO2-BTAMB react with cobalt(II) to form blue-violet 2:1 complexes in the presence of ethanol and its the absorption maximum is at 650nm.And compared with other typical reagents for determination of cobalt,6-NO2-BTAMB is one of the most sensitive reagents with an apparent molar absorptivity of 1.18×105L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0—6μg/10mL.The proposed method was applied to the determination of cobalt in carbon molecular sieves and vitamin B12 with satisfactory result.
