高效液相色谱法测定盐酸依托必利的含量

摘　　要：高效液相色谱法测定盐酸依托必利片剂中的盐酸依托必利的含量。色谱柱:Phenomenex-C18(4.60×250mm);流动相:0.05mol·L-1醋酸钠溶液(用冰醋酸调节pH值至5.0)-甲醇(60∶40);流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:258nm。回归方程为:y=533928.10866x+296386.4578,r=0.9992,线性范围为4.216—42.16μg·mL-1,回收率为99.56%—100.37%,RSD为0.33%。本法简便、准确、灵敏。The content of itopride hydrochlorid in its tablets was determined by HPLC.The chromatograph conditions are as follows：chromatograph column of phenomenex-C18（4.60×250mm）;mobile phase of 0.05 mol/L sodium acetate solution-methanol （60：40）; detection wavelength：258 nm.The regression equation was y=533928.10866x＋296386.4578 with r=0.9992,the linear range of itopride hydrochlorid was 4.216—42.16μg/mL,the recovery was 99.56%—100.37%,RSD was 0.33%.This method is simple,accurate and sensitive.
