摘　　要：目的 观察了解神经症患者实施程序化心理护理的临床效果.方法 将85例住院神经症患者随机分为研究组（n=44）和对照组（n=41）,对照组实施常规心理护理,研究组实施程序化心理护理,比较2组患者焦虑自评量表（SAS）以及患者心理需求问卷、患者满意度问卷评分的差异.结果 入组10 d后,研究组的满意度项目均分高于对照组,心理需求总量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义;20 d后,研究组SAS总分低于对照组.结论 程序化心理护理能较好地满足神经症患者心理需求,显著提高患者满意度,有效降低焦虑水平.Objective To observe the psychological nursing program in neurosis. Methods A total of eighty-five inpatients with neurosis were selected and randomly divided into a study group with 44 cases and a control group with 41 cases. The control group performed neurosis routine care while the study group performed the psychological nursing program besides routine care. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）, the psychological requirements questionnaire and the patients＇ satisfaction questionnaire were used to collect data. Results After ten days later, in the average score of patients＇ satisfaction the study group was significantly higher than the control group, but in the total quantity of psychological requirements the study group was statistically lower than the control group. After 20 days later, in the total score of SAS the study group was obviously lower than the control group. Conclusions The psychological nursing program can satisfy the psychological requirement of patients with neurosis, reduce the anxiety level efficiently and increase the patients＇ satisfaction.
