摘　　要："白团"系日本"军事顾问团"俗称,因团长富田直亮化名"白鸿亮"故名。"白团"由冈村宁次和曹士澂共同策划,其83名成员均为当年侵华日军高级军官。"白团"在秘赴台湾后的近20年里,为蒋介石培训了2万多名高级军官,对两岸统一产生了诸多负面影响。"白团"帮助蒋军提高战力和"协防台湾",成为使两岸分裂局面固定化和长期化的重要因素之一;其台前幕后人员成为战后日本政界"台湾帮"的重要来源和组成部分;向台湾派遣"白团"也是日本右翼势力重新染指台湾的重要步骤和关键一环。＂White Group＂ is the common name of Japanese Military Advisory Group,its name originated from Tomita zhiliang-its regimental commander,his Chinese name is Bai（white） Hongliang. It was instigated by Okamura Yasuji and Cao Shicheng. Its 83 members are all senior officers of aggressing China in those years. During nearly 20 years of its secret going to Taiwan,it has trained 20000 senior officers for Chiang Kai-shek,it caused a lot of negative impact for our country＇s Cross-strait unification. Displayed in below：1. It assisted Jiang＇s army to improve the combat capability and ＂Taiwan＇s coordinating defending＂ ,became one of the important factors of forming the regular and long-term divisive situation. 2. Its members of the front and behind the scenes became the important source and components of Taiwan Gang in Japanese postwar political circles.3. Sending ＂White Group＂ to Taiwan is the important step and key sector of Japanese Right Wing forces＇ re-interfering Taiwan.
