北京市药品检验体系发展与技术能力提升研究

摘　　要：目的为促进北京市药品检验体系发展,提升技术能力提供参考。方法由市药检所牵头,采取调查问卷、实地调研、召开专题座谈会等方法 ,对北京市药品检验体系主要工作数据进行对比与分析,提出了解决方案和构建三级药品检验机构的设想。结果与结论 北京市药品检验体系由市药检所与区县药检所构成,必须在检验术语、应急检验机制、人员编制与仪器设备、检验方法等方面进行规范及改进创新,才能实现检验体系的发展与技术能力的提升。Objective To provide a reference for development of drugs control system and promotion of technological capabilities in Beijing.Methods The paper put the solutions and the tentative plan of third-level drugs control organizations and structure by implementing the comparison and analysis of the mainly work data of the Beijing drug control system,and adopting the questionnaire,the field investigate and study,the symposiums and other methods under taking the lead by the Beijing institute for drug control.Results and Conclusion The Beijing drug control system constitutes by the Beijing institute for drug control and the district and county institute for drug control.It should regulate or improve innovation in the test terminology and specifications,the establishment of emergency test mechanisms,the staffing and instrument and equipment support,the innovation of test methods and so on,and so that the development of the control system and the promotion of the technical ability can be achieved.
