HPLC法同时测定穿心莲中2种内酯的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定穿心莲中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的含量测定方法 ,为控制其质量提供科学依据。方法采用HPLC法同时测定穿心莲中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。色谱条件为:PhenomsilC18柱;以甲醇-水(60:40)为流动相;检测波长为250nm;柱温为30℃;流速为1mL.min-1。结果穿心莲内酯在0.1160～0.5800μg,脱水穿心莲内酯在0.1094～0.5470μg范围内,线性关系良好;穿心莲内酯平均加样回收率为99.8%,RSD为2.8%;脱水穿心莲内酯平均加样回收率为100.9%,RSD为2.6%。结论本方法精密度高,分离度良好,可用于同时测定穿心莲中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。Objective To establish the method for determining the contents of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide in andrographis paniculata Nees.Methods Determining simultaneousely the contents of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide by HPLC.Chromatographic condition：Phenomsil C18 column,methanol-water （60：40）,detection wavelength：250nm,temperature：30℃,flow rate：1mL·min-1.Results The andrographolide in 0.1160～0.5800μg and dehydroandrographolide in 0.1094～0.5470μg had good linearity.The average recoveries of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were 99.8% and 100.9%,respectively,and RSD were 2.8% and 2.6%,respectively.Conclusion This method can be used to determine simultaneousely the contents of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide in andrographis paniculata Nees.
