摘　　要：目的建立龙血竭软胶囊中龙血素B含量测定方法。方法采用Symmetry C18色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-冰醋酸溶液(1→90)(42:58),流速为1mL.min-1;检测波长为260nm;柱温为40℃;用外标法定量。结果龙血素B在0.2246～2.9198μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.5%。结论所建方法简单、可靠,可用于龙血竭软胶囊的质量控制。Objective To develop an HPLC method for determination of loureirin B in Longxuejie Soft Capsules.Methods A Symmetry C18 analytical column was used with acetonitrile-acetic acid solution（1→90）（42：58） as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 260nm.And column temperature was 40℃.Results The linear range was 0.2246～2.9198μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 98.5%.Conclusion The method is convenient,reliable and suitable for the determination of loureirin B in Longxuejie Soft Capsules.
