近红外光谱法在快速检验含有盐酸二甲双胍成分假药方面的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:利用近红外光谱法建立快速检验假药中含有盐酸二甲双胍违禁成分的方法。方法:利用特征谱段分析法,对市场上违法添加盐酸二甲双胍的假药进行近红外光谱分析,找出特征谱段,建立特征模型。结果:利用该模型对9种含有盐酸二甲双胍的假药进行判断,阳性率100%。结论:该模型判断结果与样品实际情况相符,结果快速、可靠。适用于快检车上近红外光谱仪对含有盐酸二甲双胍违禁成分假药进行快速、准确的判别。Objective：To establish a fast-examination method of the determination of metformin hydrochloride in counterfeit drugs by NIR.Methods：The characteristic spectral correlation coefficient method was used and the counterfeit drugs was analysised by NIR.The characteristic spectra were found.Results：The 9 kinds of counterfeit drugs were analysised by the model of characteristic spectral correlation coefficient method.The positive rate of the results is 100%.Conclusions：The model of characteristic spectral correlation coefficient method by NIR is simple and accurate.It can be used to judge the existence of metformin hydrochloride in counterfeit drugs.
