摘　　要：目的：建立了蛋黄卵磷脂（EYPC）中微量元素含量的测定方法。方法：供试品经微波消解后,以铟为内标,用电感耦合等离子体质谱（ICP-MS）测定。结果：线性范围良好（r〉0.999）,精密度好（RSD〈5%,n=6）,各元素回收率为92.9%-108.2%。结论：ICP-MS法检出限低,简便快捷,准确可靠,是蛋黄卵磷脂中各元素含量测定的可行方法。Objective：To establish a method for determination of the trace elements in yolk lecithin.Method：the samples were digested by closed vesselmicrowave system and analyzed using In as an internal standard by ICP-MS.Results：the linearities were good（r〉0.999）,the precision of the method were good（RSDM5%,n=6）.and the elements recoveries were 92.9%-108.2%.Conclusion：this method is sensitivity and accuracy.It is a feasible method for yolk lecithin.
