愈心痛胶囊质量标准的研究及确定

摘　　要：目的：研究愈心痛胶囊的质量标准。方法：TLC法鉴别红参、三七及RP—HPLC法测定延胡索乙素的含量。含量采用Waters C18色谱柱（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相为乙睛-0.1%三乙胺溶液（50∶50）,流速1 mL·min^-1;检测波长：282nm;用外标法定量。结果：阴性对照均无干扰;0.08472-2.118μg范围内有良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为98.4%（n=6）。结论：所建方法简单、可靠,可用于愈心痛胶囊的质量控制。Objective：To establish a method for the quality standard of Yuxintong capsules.Methods：The TLC methods were established for red gingseng and Sanchi,and a RP—HPLC methed was established for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine on Waters a C18 analytical column（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） with acetonitrile-0.1% tiethylamine solution-water（50∶50∶0.2） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1.The detection,wavelength was 282 nm.Results：Identification：negative control average non-interference;content：the linear range was 0.08472-2.118 μg,（r=0.9999）average recovery（n=6）was 98.4%.Conclusion：The method is convenient reliable and suitable for quality assessment of Yuxintong capsules.
