发射率混合测量技术及在红外辐射测温中的应用

摘　　要：结合短波下利用反射法测量发射率精度高和长波下利用定义法测量发射率精度高的优点，提出了一种光谱发射率混合测量技术。测量了近红外4个波长下轻度氧化钢板的发射率，并对此技术在红外辐射测温中的应用进行了研究。实验结果表明：当实验条件控制合适时，采用该技术测量发射率的不确定度小于2％。A hybrid technique to measure spectral emissivities with a muhi-wavelength pyrometer is described,which based on using the reflectometry to measure emissivity at the short wavelength and using the definition method to obtain the normal spectral emissivities at longer wavelengths. The normal spectral emisivities of a roughened and mild oxidized steel plate are measured with this technique at four wavelengths. Moreover, the application of the technique to temperature mearsurement in mills is suggested. The test results show that the standard relative uncertainty of normal spectral emisivities for the sample is less than 2%.
