摘 要:用光学金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜等研究不同时效温度下PH15-7Mo钢的组织,用洛氏硬度计测试钢的力学性能。结果表明,PH15-7Mo钢时效后组织由马氏体和铁素体组成,时效时析出弥散分布的碳化物和沉淀相,使钢的硬度增加;当时效温度为510℃时,钢的硬度达到峰值;时效温度超过590℃,由于碳化物的分解长大和逆奥氏体的出现使钢的硬度下降明显。Microstructure of PH15-7Mo steel aged at different temperatures was studied by metallographic microscope,X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope,and properties were tested by Rockwell hardness.The results show that the microstructure of PH15-7Mo steel after aging is composed of martensite and δ-ferrite.Hardness of the steel increases because of the precipitation of diffuse distribution carbide and precipitated phase.The hardness is highest when the steel is aged at 510 ℃,and sharply decreases because of the decomposer and growing up of carbide and the appearance of reverted austenite when aging temperture is over 590 ℃.
