摘 要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜分析了连续退火时均热温度和时间对MS1470马氏体钢板组织的影响,通过拉伸试验研究了均热时间对其力学性能的影响。结果表明:MS1470钢板的抗拉强度、屈服强度随着均热温度的升高(740~820℃)和均热时间的延长(0~180s)逐渐增大,断后伸长率则减小;其显微组织为铁素体和大量马氏体,随着均热时间的增加,马氏体含量增加,组织更加细小均匀。The effects of soaking temperature and soaking time on microstructure and mechanical properties of the MS1470 martensitic steel were investigated by using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and tensile testing machine. The results show that with the increasing of soaking temperature from 740 ℃ to 820 ℃ and both the tensile strength and yield strength of the MS1470 steel increased the prolongation of soaking time from 0 s to 180 s, the percentage elongation after fracture decreased. The microstructure of MS1470 steel was composed of ferrite and large amount of martensite, With increasing soaking temperature and prolongation soaking time, the volume fraction of martensite increased and the size of the microstructure decreased.
